It was a fabulous camp ground, amazing view of lake superior! The tick against it was the camp host was a complete prick, so some healthier screening of camp hosts would make it a true 5!
Literally just a lot. Only nice thing is that you can see the water but the way the trailers have to face you cannot even see the water from your trailer. Sites are super close, think parking lot with a trailer in every other spot without any kind of barrier.
The tent sites over look the lake and views are amazing. Sites are primitive for tents and full hookup for rvs are available. There is a shower trailer, and indoor single rest room...host keeps very clean. Area is rural..no cell services or stores nearby, so stock up. Host is very sweet and helpful...gave a 3 star only because site offers no other amenities. Rv sites are a bit like like a parking lot. Would recommend and stay here again! Very close to beach for kayak put in for caves!
A wonderful off the beaten path campground. Restrooms are small, rustic but very clean. Great shower trailer. Hosts are friendly an helpful. And best of all it was quiet and had stunning views of Lake Suerior. Would definitly come back.
Crowded. The older staff woman was horribly unfriendly and rude. It was the most unwelcome place in all of Wisconsin. Check out Bark n Beaver campground nearby for a far more peacuful, secluded and superior experience.
